In line with the directives of H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, MOFAIC, has rolled out a comprehensive and innovative range of consular and attestation services at its Customer Happiness Centres, which comply with the highest international standards.

The ministry has established 14 Customer Happiness Centres for this purpose in all seven emirates, to facilitate the attestation process in record time.

Ambassador Ahmed Alham Al Dhaheri, Assistant Under-Secretary for Consular Affairs at MOFAIC, said that the launch of these happiness centres is part of the ministry's desire to provide consular services to UAE nationals and residents, which comply with the highest standards of quality and excellence. It also reflects the ministry's eagerness to ensure wider access to its services for all its customers, whether Emirati nationals and residents or commercial establishments in the UAE’s various cities and regions, he added.

One of the services launched in the centres is the "Al Tasdiq Aandak" (We bring the attestation to you) service, which is specifically designed for people of determination and the elderly. It covers the completion and delivery of attestations to their vehicle, eliminating the need for them to step out of their vehicles and guaranteeing them an easier process.

The ministry had previously unveiled a unified number, "800 4444," for all its attestation centres. All customers, whether Emirati nationals and residents, can address their inquiries and raise their complaints by calling this toll-free number.

The ministry is also committed to providing smooth and outstanding services to its customers. Therefore, it has provided free parking to customers and employees who visit the centres to obtain attestations, ensuring an agreeable visit.

Among these 14 Customer Happiness Centres, Abu Dhabi is home to four, which are located in the Marina Mall, the Department of Economic Development, the Abu Dhabi Chamber and Tamm Centre in Al Gharbiya, while another centre is located in Al Jimi in Al Ain Municipality.

In Dubai, the ministry has established four centres, which are located in the MOFAIC Building in the consulates neighbourhood, Al Tawar, the Dubai Chamber and Al Manara.

The rest of the centres around the UAE are located in the MOFAIC office in Sharjah, the Ajman Chamber of Commerce, the Fujairah Chamber of Commerce, the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and the Umm Al Quwain Chamber of Commerce.

The types of documents receivable for authentication at MOFAIC’s Costumer Happiness Centres are certificates issued in the UAE and other certificates that include degrees, diplomas, medical certificates, marriage contracts, divorce certificates and birth certificates, as well as certificates of expertise, public and private powers of attorney and death certificates.

The centres also provide attestation services for contracts and trade agreements issued both inside and outside the UAE, such as trade licences, registration of patents, trademarks, the establishment of companies, employment contracts and others, as well as various types of invoices.
