President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a congratulatory message to General Horta Inta-A, Transitional President of Guinea-Bissau, on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.

Eng. Rashid Abdulla Al Qaseer, Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Dubai Office, received the consular credentials of H.E. Ihab Majed Hussein Nada, Consul General of the State of Palestine in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

His Excellency Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, welcomed the United States’ statement on efforts to achieve peace in Sudan, including its call for an immediate and unconditional humanitarian truce, and a commitment to a comprehensive political dialogue leading to a transition toward a civilian government.
