Required Documents
- An official memorandum from the mission accredited to the UAE.
- A copy of the card of origin if the vehicle is registered under the mission’s name.
- A copy of the vehicle's customs clearance certificate, if shipped from abroad.
- A copy of the purchase contract from the agency or dealer showroom.
- A copy of the ID card issued by MoFA.
- A copy of the driver's license.
- If the vehicle is registered in the name of a diplomat:
- A copy of the diplomat’s consular ID card.
