UAE Condemns in Strongest Terms the Terrorist Attack on Military Sites in Benin

The UAE has condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist attack that targeted military sites in the north of the Republic of Benin, which resulted in the death of dozens of soldiers.

His Excellency Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, stressed that the UAE expresses its strong condemnation of these criminal acts and its permanent rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism aimed at undermining security and stability in contravention of international law.

His Excellency expressed his sincerest condolences and sympathy to the government and people of Benin and to the families of the victims of this heinous and cowardly attack.
