E-Government Services Center Inaugurated in Serbia

His Excellency Ahmed Hatem Al Menhali, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Serbia, attended the inauguration ceremony of the E-Government Services Center (EGSC) in Serbia. The event was also attended by Her Excellency Ana Brnabić, President of the National Assembly of Serbia; His Excellency Abdulla Lootah, Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Competitiveness and Experience Exchnage; and His Excellency Mohamed Bin Taliah, Chief of Government Services of the United Arab Emirates Government and members of the Embassy.

The EGSC offers essential services from the Ministry of Public Administration & Local Self-Government and the Ministry of the Interior of Serbia, helping to streamline government procedures and improve accessibility and efficiency for Serbian citizens.

The inauguration of the EGSC follows the outcome of constructive cooperation between the UAE and Serbia in digital transformation and reflects their shared vision for a more efficient and innovative approach to government services.

In this regard, H.E. Al Menhali emphasized that the inauguration of the EGSC in Serbia forms part of the bilateral cooperation between the two countries and demonstrates the UAE’s commitment to supporting international efforts in digital transformation and the exchange of government expertise.
