UAE Ambassador meets Argentine Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship on the Sidelines of Expoagro 2024

His Excellency Saeed Abdullah Al Qamzi, UAE Ambassador to the Argentine Republic, met with Her Excellency Diana Elena Mondino, Argentine Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, on the sidelines of Expoagro 2024, one of the largest agricultural exhibitions in Latin America. At the event, His Excellency visited the pavilions of leading Argentine companies specializing in agricultural machinery and biotechnology.

During a meeting attended by His Excellency Fernando Vilella Secretary for Bioeconomy, and Mario Ravettino President of Argentine Meat Exporters Consortium, H.E. Al Qamzi highlighted the UAE’s collaboration with Argentina in the field of biotechnology and food production. His Excellency also commended Argentina’s significant participation in the Gulfood exhibition, that was held in Dubai in February, which saw the participation of more than 120 prominent Argentinian companies in this sector.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the deep-rooted ties between the two nations and several topics of mutual interest. H.E. Al Qamzi affirmed the UAE’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations across various sectors.

For her part, H.E. Mondino underscored Argentina’s keenness to reinforce the established relations with the UAE, to achieve the aspirations of both countries and peoples.
