Abdullah Bin Zayed, Omani Foreign Minister discuss developments in Syria over phone

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, discussed over a phone call today with Sayyid Badr Bin Hamad Bin Hamood Albusaidi , the Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman, the overall situation in the region, including the latest developments in the Syrian Arab Republic.

The two top diplomats discussed the importance of strengthening Arab, regional, and international efforts to preserve Syria's unity and sovereignty and to meet the aspirations of its people for security and stability.

They also discussed several topics of mutual interest related to the fraternal relations between the two countries.
