The Ministry was recognised as the Leading Federal Entity in the category of ministries with more than 500 employees, in appreciation of its sustained efforts to achieve institutional excellence and maintain outstanding performance. The Ministry also received the Best Entity in Customer Service Award for its commitment to developing proactive solutions and innovative mechanisms that enhance customer experience and provide leading services that build trust and satisfaction.
On an individual level, H.E. Abdullah Salem Obaid Al Dhaheri was awarded the Prime Minister’s Medal for Distinguished Ambassador, in recognition of his outstanding role in enhancing the UAE’s global stature through exemplary diplomatic performance and his dedicated efforts in advancing national interests. Similarly, H.E. Amina Mahmoud Mohammed Fikri received the Prime Minister’s Medal for Distinguished Female Ambassador, acknowledging her leadership and contributions to strengthening international relations and supporting the UAE’s strategic objectives.
In the leadership category, Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Dhaheri was honored with the Prime Minister’s Medal for Distinguished Leadership - Directors Category, for his visionary leadership and dedication to excellence and innovation. His adoption of outstanding strategic practices has significantly enhanced institutional performance within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
