Abdullah Bin Zayed meets Deputy Prime Ministe of Australia, Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Trade
During the meeting, which took place as part of Sheikh Abdullah’s working visit to Canberra, they reviewed the bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed emphasised that the relations between the UAE and Australia are strong, evolving, and distinguished, and that both friendly countries are committed to further enhancing and flourishing these relations at all levels, supporting their developmental goals.
In a related context, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah also met with Penny Wong, Australia’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, where they discussed several topics of mutual interest, exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments, and shared perspectives on these matters.
Additionally, Abdullah Bin Zayed held a joint meeting with Don Farrell, Minister for Trade and Tourism of Australia, during which they reviewed efforts to develop and expand areas of cooperation, particularly in the fields of economy, trade, and development, with the aim of achieving mutual interests and fostering the prosperity and well-being of their peoples.
The meetings were attended by Dr. Thani Bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade; Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic and Trade Affairs; and Dr. Fahad Obaid Al Taffaq, UAE Ambassador to Australia.
