UAE Ambassador presents credentials to Sultan of Oman

His Excellency Mohammed bin Nakhira Al Dhaheri presented his credentials as UAE Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman, during a ceremony held at Bait Al Baraka Royal Palace. 

During the meeting, HE Al Dhaheri conveyed to His Majesty the greetings of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, along with their wishes for further development and prosperity for the government and people of Oman.

For his part, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, expressed his greetings to UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and expressed his wishes for the government and the people of the UAE to achieve further growth and prosperity.

His Majesty wished the Ambassador success in his work to develop and strengthen relations in various fields between the two nations, stressing his country's readiness to provide all possible support to help him perform his duties.

For his part, the Ambassador expressed his pride in representing the UAE in the Sultanate of Oman, and his keenness to boost bilateral relations in various fields, to contribute to strengthening bonds between the two countries.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed areas of cooperation between the UAE and the Sultanate of Oman, which are underpinned by the framework of deep Emirati-Omani relations and the continuous support of both leaderships. The two sides also discussed ways to enhance cooperation in order to achieve the interests and aspirations of the two countries and peoples.
