Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Faris Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Industry and Khalid A. Al-Falih the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources of Saudi Arabia, have attended a reception hosted by the Saudi Ambassador to Algeria Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al-Saleh on the occasion of the Kingdom's 88th National Day.
The UAE is taking part in the 10th meeting of the Joint OPEC-non-OPEC Ministerial Monitoring Committee (JMMC), running in the Algerian capital on September 23rd-24th.
Al Mazrouie expressed his happiness and pride of participating in the function, congratulating Saudi Arabia on its 88th National Day.
"We are confident that the march of development led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman represents significant support for the Arab and Islamic nations," he said.
Yousef Saif Al-Ali, UAE Ambassador to Algeria, said, "The historical relations between the UAE and Saudi Arabia are a solid basis for further enhancing cooperation between the two sides."
A number of the ministers participating in the10th meeting of the Joint OPEC-non-OPEC Ministerial Monitoring Committee, members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Algeria, military attaches, and representatives of international organisations and civil departments in Algeria, attended the reception.
