President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received congratulatory cables on the occasion of Eid al-Adha from the heads of states of Arab, Muslim and friendly countries as well as from the Secretary-General of the Arab League.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, also received similar cables from the leaders on the occasion.
