UAE Embassy distributes Zakat Al Fitr and Eid clothing among eligible Mauritanian families.
Scores of orphans and eligible families have benefited from the Zakat El Fitr and Eid Clothing programme carried out by the UAE Embassy here.
UAE Ambassador to Mauritania, Issa Abdullah Masoud Al Kalbani has assigned the embassy team to oversee the distribution of aid, which includes cash assistance provided by the Emirates Red Crescent to help the needy and underprivileged enjoy the happy and joyous occasion of Eid Al Fitr.
The aid is distributed in collaboration with a number of Emirati charity organisations.
