The UAE Ambassador to Mexico Ahmed Hatem Al Menhali has met with President of the Tourism Commission at the Mexican Senate Antonio Garcia Conejo and explored ways of advancing cooperation between the two sides.
During the meeting, the ambassador emphasised the need to pay attention to projects that enhance tourism cooperation between the two countries, and opening of direct flights in addition to entry visa exemption for the citizens.
He pointed out that the embassy is open to all useful initiatives and is fully prepared to cooperate with the Mexican government in tourism and other vital sectors.
In turn, Conejo who is also member of two committees in the Senate (the foreign affairs and interior), expressed his readiness to boost cooperation with the UAE in all fields.
