UAE Ambassador in New Delhi meets India's External Affairs Ministry official.

Dr. Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al-Banna, UAE Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of India, met yesterday with Mridul Kumar, Assistant Undersecretary for Gulf Affairs at the Indian Ministry of External Affairs.

During the meeting, the two parties held a comprehensive assessment of the implementation of the decisions arising from the exchange of high-level visits between the two states. Al-Banna and Kumar also discussed the upcoming visit of Mohammad Hamid Ansari, the Vice President of India, to the UAE on 6th May.

Dr. Al-Banna expressed his confidence in the cooperation initiatives that would give a new impetus to the development and strengthening of economic relations between the UAE and India.
