H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed receives President of Parliament and Deputy PM of Moldova.
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received here today Andrian Candu, President of the Parliament of Moldova, in presence of Andrei Galbur, Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting discussed bilateral ties and ways to enhance them, as well as current regional and international developments and topics of mutual interest.
Sheikh Abdullah welcomed the visit of Andrian Candu and Andrei Galbur to the UAE and praised the strong relations between the UAE and Moldova. He said the UAE is keen on developing cooperation with Moldova in all fields.
He also welcomed Moldova's decision to exempt holders of UAE passports from pre-entry visa requirement, saying such decision is a reflection of the strong relations between the two countries.
The Moldovan officials lauded their country's excellent relations with the UAE and praised the progress made by the UAE in all domains.
The meeting was attended by Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Jarman, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for Political Affairs.
