Saqr Nasser Al Raisi, UAE Ambassador to Italy, has attended a reception hosted by Italian President Sergio Mattarella at the Presidential Palace to mark the new year.
The UAE ambassador conveyed the congratulations of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to the Italian president on the occasion.
For his turn, President Mattarella reciprocated his greetings to the leadership and people of the UAE, wishing them further progress and prosperity.
The reception was attended by a crowd of ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions in Rome.
