UAE Ambassador meets EU Commissioner for Transport

HE Sulaiman Hamid Al Mazrouei, Head of the UAE's Mission to the European Union (EU), and Ambassador of the UAE to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, has met Violeta Bulc, European Commissioner for Transport, to review UAE-EU relations in transport, at the European Commission headquarters in Brussels.

Bulc said she was pleased to accept an invitation from the Government of the UAE to attend the Dubai Air show next November.

She expressed her interest in benefitting from the UAE’s experience in transport and communication and develop future co-operation in areas of civil aviation and air, land and sea transport.

The ambassador welcomed the EU commissioner's visit to the UAE, emphasising the UAE's desire to bolster economic partnership with the EU following the ?signing of the visa waiver agreement between the two sides.
