It is a service for requesting a vehicle plate replacement for missions accredited to the UAE.
Service process

Submit a request
Fill in all the fields and attach all the required documents -
A confirmation email
The mission will receive a notification confirming that the service is in progress -
Receive the request
MoFA will send a notification with the reference number in order to visit the Diplomatic Bodies Licensing Office at the Ministry's Headquarters to complete the remaining procedures, or to report to the Integrated Transport Center to complete MAWAQiF procedures.

Required Documents
- An official note from the foreign mission accredited to the UAE.
- A copy of the card of origin if the vehicle is registered under the mission’s name.
- A copy of the vehicle's customs clearance certificate, if shipped from abroad.
- A copy of the purchase contract from the agency or car showroom.
- A copy of the ID card issued by MoFA.
- A copy of the driving license.
In case the vehicle is registered in the name of a diplomat
- A copy of the diplomat’s consular ID card.
