Regulations for Hajj season:
- Entry or stay in Makkah region is prohibited during the period from 1 Dhu al-Qi'dah 1446 AH (corresponding to April 29, 2025) to 14 Dhu al-Hijjah 1446 AH (corresponding to June 10, 2025).

- It is illegal to take pictures of military areas and police personnel
- The traveler is allowed to carry sums of money not exceeding 60,000
- if the traveler carries jewelry, gemstones, precious metals, personal purchases and incoming gifts whose value exceeds SR 3000, must fill out the declaration form at the customs officials
- Passengers must declare cash amounts, precious metals or valuable stones, that exceeds the permitted limit based on the customs laws applied in countries they’ll be visiting.
- Ensure that the worker accompanying the citizen in Saudi Arabia doesn’t exceed the visa validity period. Overstaying could result in fines and require visits to relevant departments for travel permission.
- Vehicle entry procedures require carrying the original vehicle ownership document, which must be valid, and the vehicle driver must be the owner. Alternatively, a valid external authorization from the vehicle owner to the driver is required when passing through the customs checkpoint. If a citizen wishes to cross into the Gulf Cooperation Council countries via the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this must be included in the authorization.
- Insurance on the vehicle must be obtained before entering Saudi territory.
The traveler through air, land, or sea ports is obligated to declare the following items:
- Cash amounts, transferable financial instruments, or other currencies if their total value exceeds 60,000 riyals or its equivalent.
- Jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals worth 60,000 riyals or more.
- Any luggage or gifts in commercial quantities or samples in quantities exceeding personal use and exceeding a value of 3000 riyals or its equivalent.
- Any tobacco products if their quantity exceeds 200 cigarettes or 500 grams.
- Any restricted materials that require approval from the relevant authorities, such as medications and drones.

- Hospitals and clinics in major cities are fully equipped.
- All hospitals in Saudi Arabia are licensed by the Ministry of Health.

In the event of any disaster:
- Collect property and important items such as identification papers, money, valuables and first aid kit.
- Please leave residence place only when assistance is available.
- It is strongly recommended to exercise caution and refrain from driving through areas impacted by water accumulation in order to mitigate the risk associated with potential flooding hazards.
- Be careful at times of strong winds, and head towards the nearest safe place to take shelter.
- When earthquakes occur, you must leave buildings and head towards open and secure spaces.
