It is a service that allows you to request an approval to replace a driving license issued by another country with a UAE driving license.

You will receive anSMS and email with a reference number to obtain the service from RTA Dubai.
Conditions of Use
- All driving licenses issued by the countries of missions accredited to the UAE are accepted for replacement.
- International driving licenses shall not be accepted nor replaced if the diplomat’s driving license issued by their home country is not available.
- A new file for learning driving shall be opened in order for the diplomat to obtain a UAE license.
