Driving License Renewal

About this service

To renew or replace the driving license for missions accredited to the UAE, the mission can go directly to the Traffic and Licensing Department located in the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abu Dhabi to complete the procedures without the need to submit a prior application.

Service process

1. Register
   Enter the username and password
2. Submit a request
   Fill in all the fields and attach all the required documents
3. A confirmation email
   The mission will receive a notification confirming that the service is in progress
4. Receive the request
   MoFA will send a notification with the reference number in order to visit the Diplomatic Bodies Licensing Office at the Ministry's Headquarters.

Conditions of Use

• The service allows requesting an approval to renew the UAE driving license that has expired or is about to expire
