Cancel Establishment Card

About this service

The service is provided for the missions accredited to the UAE to request the cancellation of an establishment card due to the closure of the mission.

Service process

1. Register
   Enter the username and password
2. Submit a request
   Fill in all fields and attach all required documents
3. A confirmation email
   Indicating the reference number
4. Review and approve the data by MOFA and send them to the Authority
   The mission receives an e-mail indicating that the application has been approved and that it should coordinate and follow up on the procedures with the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security.

Conditions of Use

• The data of the registered establishment is retrieved and displayed without modification, then the cancellation request is submitted.
• Conditions for issuing a non-objection letter from MOFA:
  • All individuals mentioned in the non-objection letter for the service of (updating an establishment card service) must be “authorized signatories”.
  • The following data are to be added as a definition of the authorized person in the non-objection letter:
    • The name of the authorized signatory in both Arabic and English.
    • Attaching a copy of a diplomatic, special, or international organizations card.
