UAE Ambassador to Kuwait attended the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding

The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the UAE Pentathlon Federation and the Kuwait Pentathlon Federation to enhance cooperation was attended by His Excellency Dr. Matar Hamed Al Neyadi, UAE Ambassador to Kuwait.
