The reception was attended by His Excellency Engineer Sheikh Hamoud Mubarak Al Sabah, Chairman of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, and His Excellency Brigadier General Sheikh Mubarak Ali Al Youssef Al Sabah, Director General of the Directorate General of Coast Guard.
