His Excellency Dr. Matar Hamed Al Neyadi, UAE Ambassador to the State of Kuwait, met with His Excellency Ambassador Nasser Al-Mutairi, Secretary-General of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat.
