UAE Undersecretary Receives Credentials of Ambassador of the Republic of the Marshall Islands

His Excellency Omar Obaid Alhesan Alshamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, received a copy of the credentials of His Excellency Catalino Kijiner, Ambassador of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to the United Arab Emirates.

His Excellency welcomed the Ambassador and wished him success in the performance of his duties, reaffirming the UAE’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with the Republic of the Marshall Islands, particularly in the areas of climate action, sustainable development, and coordination in multilateral international forums, in a manner that advances the shared interests of both friendly countries and their peoples.

For his part, His Excellency Ambassador Catalino Kijiner commended the regional and international standing of the United Arab Emirates under the wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and expressed his aspiration to further strengthen bilateral relations and expand cooperation between the two countries across various areas of mutual interest.
