The meeting was followed by an exclusive tour of MoFA’s Smart Mission, showcasing the ministry’s innovative approach to digital transformation.
This collaboration aligns with MoFA’s strategic goals of fostering proactive digital government services and advancing its zero-bureaucracy agenda. The Smart Mission project leverages AI-driven solutions to streamline consular services, improve operational efficiency, and deliver seamless and proactive user experiences.
The visit underscores the Ministry’s commitment to setting benchmarks in smart governance and integrating AI into public sector practices to enhance service quality and efficiency, in compliance with the pillars of We The UAE 2031 and to achieve the goals of the Year of Community 2025.
