Vehicle Ownership Transfer/Sale

About this service

The service allows to request an approval to transfer the ownership of a vehicle, if the vehicle is already registered and intended to be transferred to a third party. 

Service process

1. Log-in
   Enter the username and password
2. Submit a request
   Fill in the service application form and attach the required documents
3. Receive a confirmation email
    
4. Receive the request
   You will receive an SMS and email with a reference number to obtain the service from RTA Dubai

Conditions of Use

• The mission must be registered and the establishment card must be issued in the name of the consulate.
• As for the diplomats, they must have valid consular ID cards.
• Final approval shall be at the discretion of MOFA, as per the provisions of relevant international conventions.
