Lost or Damaged Airport Entry Permit Replacement
About this service
This service is provided to Diplomatic and Consular missions, and International and Regional Organizations Offices accredited by the UAE, wishing to replace a lost or damaged airport entry permit to access Abu Dhabi International Airport or Dubai International Airport.
Service process

Register
Enter the username and password -
Submit a request
Select the permit type (permanent – temporary), select the airport (Abu Dhabi – Dubai), and enter the number of the lost or damaged permits (you must attach a proof of loss (police report) or damage (photo) -
A confirmation email
The customer will receive a notification confirming that the request is under process -
Email to receive the request
When the permit is issued, the customer will be notified to collect it from the security permits section at Abu Dhabi International Airport or Dubai International Airport. The customer must present an ID as proof that they are a staff member of the embassy
Conditions of Use
- This service is solely provided to foreign missions and international organizations accredited to the UAE.
- When requesting the replacement of a damaged airport entry permit, the original permit must be returned.

Required Documents
- A personal photograph (passport size 6x4) with a white background.
- A color copy of the passport.
- A copy of the ID issued by MoFA or a color copy of the residence visa.
- A color copy of the unified number page on the passport (for UAE nationals and GCC citizens) when applicable.
- The applicant must fill and sign the information form for security clearance.
For Abu Dhabi International Airport: Fill in the information form for a security clearance for a Permanent Airport Entry Permit or Temporary Airport Entry Permit.
For Dubai International Airport: The applicant must fill in and sign the information form for security clearance and attach a certificate of loss issued by the airport police.
