This service provides a unified online platform to coordinate and facilitate visits abroad by official UAE delegations. It supports the various stages of a visit, simplifies procedures, reduces administrative steps, and improves communication among the entities involved to help ensure a coordinated experience for official delegations.

Service process

1. 
   Log in to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website using the username and password assigned to your government entity.
2. 
   Go to Services and select Services for Government Entities.
3. 
   Select Facilitating UAE Delegations’ Visits Abroad.
4. 
   Complete the application form and attach the required documents.
5. 
   Submit the application and receive a reference number.

Conditions of Use

• The applicant must confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to enable the necessary visit arrangements to be made in accordance with the applicable requirements.
• Applications must be submitted 7 to 14 working days before the visit to allow time for the required approvals and official procedures.
