H.E. Noura Al Kaabi Receives Costa Rican Minister of Culture and Youth

Her Excellency Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of State met with His Excellency Jorge Rodríguez Vives, Minister of Culture and Youth of the Republic of Costa Rica, in Abu Dhabi as part of his official visit to the UAE. H.E. Rodríguez Vives was accompanied by H.E. Francisco Chacón, Ambassador of Costa Rica to the UAE, and Ramiro Arturo Ramírez Sánchez, Director of Costa Rica’s National Center of Music. During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations and prospects of cooperation across various fields of mutual interest in key sectors.

Her Excellency Al Kaabi and His Excellency Rodríguez Vives underlined opportunities for cooperation in the fields of science, technology, and healthcare, emphasizing the importance of people-to-people connections, cultural exchange including arts and music to foster mutual understanding between the UAE and Costa Rica. Furthermore, the two sides underscored their shared commitment to advancing ties for the prosperity of both nations through public diplomacy.
