UAE Ambassador meets Chairman and Principal Secretary of Madhya Pradesh state government.

Dr Ahmed Albanna, the UAE Ambassador to India, met with Mohammed Suleman, Chairman and Principal Secretary of Madhya Pradesh state government, to discuss issues of mutual concern and the agenda for the Annual Investment Meeting, AIM, to be hosted by the UAE Ministry of Economy from 2nd to 4th April in Dubai.
The AIM is a premier event focussing on foreign direct investment or FDI in growing markets. This year’s theme will be "International Investment, Path to Competitiveness and Development," which will discuss how to attract the right kind of international investments that will contribute to the competitiveness of national economies. It will also shed light on the special role of foreign firms in enhancing a country’s competitiveness, which in turn helps them attract more investments.
Ambassador Al Banna said that the AIM would provide participating countries with a window to present their investment opportunities and economic reality through government-to-government (G2G) and government-to-business (G2B) discussions.
