Request for Search and Investigation

About this service

This service allows foreign missions in the UAE to submit search and investigation requests for their nationals residing within the United Arab Emirates through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.

 

Procedures: Customer’s Journey:

1. Login to MOFA portal and start the service, then select the required sub-service type to initiate the request.

2. Fill/ Edit the required information and upload mandatory documents, then submit.

3. On completing and submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation notification.

Service process

1. Login
   Login into the MOFA Website
2. Submit a request
   Fill in the service form and attach the required documents
3. Submit the request
   Submit the request and receive confirmation notifications
4. Review
   The request will be reviewed by MOFA
5. Sending No Objection Letter
   Upon MOFA Approval, the concerned authorities will receive official NOC's from MOFA to facilitate the luggage passing through UAE Ports

Conditions of Use

1) The search and investigation request must be consistent with the nationality of the mission submitting the request. 2) Fill out the application in full according to the required fields.
