His Excellency Mohammed Obaid Al Qattam Al Zaabi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines, met with Her Excellency Maria Teresa Lazaro, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines.
His Excellency conveyed to Her Excellency the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and his wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the government and people of the Philippines.
For her part, Her Excellency Maria Teresa Lazaro conveyed to His Excellency the Ambassador her greetings to His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and her wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the government and people of the United Arab Emirates.
During the meeting, the distinguished bilateral relations between the two countries were reviewed, and ways to enhance joint cooperation were discussed, in order to support the mutual interests of the two countries and the two friendly peoples.
