General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Interior Minister, today met with Fahad Mohammed Salem Kardous Al Ameri, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Bahrain.
The meeting was attended by Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, the Interior Ministry Undersecretary.
He welcomed the ambassador, commended the deep-rooted historical ties between the two countries and affirmed the importance of continuing to consolidate cooperation, especially in security.
The minister wished the ambassador success in his diplomatic duties.
The meeting discussed developing security cooperation and matters related to the development of joint action between the two countries.
