• Copy of full family book • Copy of lost passport • Copy of lost passport record attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of country of residence and UAE Mission abroad. • Fees payment on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates www.mofa.gov.ae when (issuing the emergency passport by virtue of losing the passport. • Fill out an application form for issuing an emergency passport at UAE Mission abroad in the country of residence and new photo.
UAE entry visas are obtained electronically through the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship website (https://icp.gov.ae/) The process requires a passport valid for at least six months.
