UAE Embassy in Kuwait, in collaboration with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organized the second panel discussion titled”Road to UAE COP28." The session included participation from the embassies of the Republic of India, Australia, the Philippines, and Nicaragua, as well as the United Nations Development Programme at Saud Al-Nasser Diplomatic Institute. The second session addressed the impacts of climate change and the potential threat to global water scarcity.
