His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and His Excellency Abdullah Al-Yahya, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, chaired the work of the Joint Higher Committee between the two countries and signed 8 memorandums of understanding and executive programs. The signing ceremony was attended by His Excellency Dr. Matar Hamed Al Neyadi, UAE Ambassador to Kuwait.
