H.E. Abdulla Salem AlDhaheri, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Indonesia, met with Raja Juli Antoni, Indonesia’s Minister of Forestry, in Jakarta to discuss a US$4.7 million project funded by the Zayed Charitable Foundation aimed at protecting and breeding Komodo dragons.
The two sides explored ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation. The Indonesian side welcomed the initiative, emphasizing its alignment with the country’s efforts to protect the environment, and promote eco-tourism.
