Cultural Cooperation

Cultural cooperation is a key pillar of relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Indonesia, strengthening ties between their peoples and promoting tolerance, dialogue, and mutual understanding.

Cooperation spans cultural events and forums, participation in book fairs in both countries, and partnerships in education. Joint efforts also support digital transformation in the cultural and educational sectors, including the provision of digital curricula for Indonesian schools and the use of digital platforms to expand access to knowledge and cultural content.

Educational cooperation includes student exchanges and scholarships for Indonesian students in leadership, future studies, the humanities, and Arab culture. Collaboration also extends to intellectual and creative pursuits, film production, and cultural content, showcasing both countries’ cultural identities and strengthening the ties that underpin their strategic partnership.
