His Excellency Sheikh Salem bin Khalid Al Qassimi, Minister of Culture, attended the Emirati-Russian Dialogue on Culture, Tolerance, Coexistence and Peace, organised by the UAE Embassy in Moscow, and highlighted the depth of the strategic partnership between the UAE and the Russian Federation, as well as the key role of cultural exchange.
