On the occasion of the Statehood Day of the Republic of Serbia, celebrated on February 15, the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Abu Dhabi hosted a formal reception attended by high-ranking officials, ministers, and diplomatic representatives from the two friendly countries.
The ceremony was attended by H.E. Sakr Gobash, President of the Federal National Council of the UAE; H.E. Dr. Amna Al Dahak, Minister of Climate Change and Environment; H.E. Abdullah Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi, Minister of Justice; H.E. Sultan Al Neyadi, State Minister for Youth Affairs; H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Saif Al Nahyan, Deputy State Minister; as well as H.E. Ahmed Almenhali, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Serbia.
From the Serbian side, the reception was attended by H.E. Dr. Djuro Macut, Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia; H.E. Snezana Paunovic, Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government; H.E. Dejan Vuk Stankovic, Minister of Education; H.E. Tatjana Macura, Minister without Portfolio in charge of Gender Equality and Prevention of Violence Against Women; as well as H.E. Vladimir Maric, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Abu Dhabi.
The high-level presence underscores the deep bilateral relations between the Republic of Serbia and the United Arab Emirates, as well as the comprehensive strategic partnership based on continuous cooperation and coordination across various fields. Such relations reflect the strong ties between the two friendly nations and contribute to further joint progress and prosperity.
