The United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Serbia attach particular importance to enhancing cultural cooperation within the framework of the relations between the two countries, which are based on mutual respect, and their commitment to expanding areas of cultural exchange and strengthening communication between the two peoples. To this end, on 11 September 2022, the two countries signed a Draft Memorandum of Understanding in the field of culture, opening up broader prospects for cooperation and exchange in the cultural and artistic fields and supporting the efforts of the two countries to promote cultural rapprochement and understanding.
