The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Ashgabat, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and in collaboration with Max Fit Gym, the Al Wathba Cycling Team, Lotus Gym, and Gorogly Gym, organized the third annual “Fitness Games” sports initiative.
This year’s event was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the United Arab Emirates and Turkmenistan.
The event was attended by His Excellency Ahmed Al Hameli, UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, His Excellency Shohrat Mammedov, Deputy Chairman of Turkmenistan State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports, as well as heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan.
The competition brought together 40 teams comprising 120 male and female athletes from across Turkmenistan.
