His Excellency Ahmed Al-Hai Al-Hamli, the UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, met with officials from Khalifa University and a number of students from the International Oil and Gas University in Turkmenistan, who are participating in a training program organized by the UAE Embassy in Ashgabat.
