His Excellency Mohamed Obaid Al Zaabi, UAE Ambassador to the Philippines, hosted a special screening of the documentary “1971” in celebration of the UAE`s 54th National Day under the theme “United” and in line with the declaration of the year “2025” as the year of Community.
The Event was held in the presence of H.E Christina Garcia Frasco Secretary of the Department of Tourism (DOT), Ma. Anna Kathryna Yu-Pimentel the Presidential Special Envoy for Trade and investments to the UAE and Mrs. Elvira Angara representing The DepEd Sec.
The Screening highlighted the historic journey of the UAE`s establishment and reinforced the strong bilateral ties between UAE and the Philippines.
