UAE Ambassador to Rwanda, in his capacity as Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps, participates with Arab ambassadors in the Umuganda Community Service

His Excellency Hazza Mohammed Al Qahtani, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Rwanda and Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps, participated alongside Arab ambassadors accredited to Rwanda, Rwandan government officials, security agency representatives, and residents of the Kemisagara district in the construction of a child development center in the capital, Kigali.
