H.E. Hazza AlQahtani, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Rwanda, was received by Hon. General (Ret.) James Kabarebe, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in charge of Regional Cooperation. The two officials held discussions focused on further strengthening the bilateral relations between the UAE and Rwanda.
His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cybersecurity for the UAE government, and His Excellency Hazza Al Qahtani, UAE Ambassador to Rwanda, met with Colonel David Kanamugire, CEO of Rwanda’s National Cybersecurity Authority.
