The UAE Embassy in Kigali organized a youth empowerment event at Mount Kigali University in celebration of International Youth Day. During the event, H.E. Ambassador Hazza Al Qahtani honored the best-performing students and the winners of the Best Innovative Project Idea competition for youth.
